This website. The site has no forms, accounts or advertising trackers. Like most websites, its hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes basic technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect against abuse.

Inquiries and cases. What you share with me is used only to evaluate and carry out your matter. I don't sell or share it for marketing. My files are not legally privileged unless I'm retained through your attorney, so I may have to respond to a subpoena or other legal process.

Changes. This page will be updated before the client portal or any online intake launches, including how long records are kept.
